Aveo Bayview

We have recently completed a balustrade upgrade project within this large retirement community on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Works took place on all independent living villas.

The project included the full design works, in conjunction with village owners and the facility operator. The final product exceeded everyone’s expectation.

With a new coating system applied to all slab edges, a specialist textured finish was used to ensure conformity and a consistent look and feel for the village. With the village being fully occupied during the works, sequencing and planning was key to delivering an exceptional result.
