We delivered a project for one of the largest residential aged care facilities in New South Wales, operated by Anglicare. The Woolooware Shores facility is well known for offering residents a maintenance-free lifestyle within a well-managed and high-quality living environment, supported by ongoing building maintenance and improvement programs.

IAS was engaged to deliver scheduled maintenance works across multiple residential apartments and associated buildings.

Our project management team scheduled all works to correspond to specific dates for all residential apartments and other buildings within the development. As the aged care facility remained fully operable throughout the works, communication and strategic execution were key to a successful delivery with minimal impact on staff and residents.

Our team ensured all works were delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and resident wellbeing.
