Donald Robinson Village

We delivered a comprehensive program of remediation and painting works for Donald Robinson Village, a long-established aged care facility in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.

As the project involved a large property that comprises five buildings, a key objective of the project was to deliver the works with minimal disruption to residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining the safe and efficient operation of the facility. To achieve this, the project was delivered in carefully staged phases, allowing works to progress systematically across the site while preserving access to buildings, common areas, and essential services.

Through a collaborate approach and consistent communication, it was ensured that all parties remained informed of upcoming activities, access requirements, and project milestones. This approach helped minimise disruption and contributed significantly to the successful delivery of the works.
