Heritage Building Refurbishment
An Internal Refresh
IAS was engaged to deliver a heritage building refurbishment at a historic educational institution in Sydney, NSW. The project focused on the careful restoration and enhancement of key internal areas within a building of significant cultural and architectural value.
Working closely with heritage conservation specialists and project architects, the works were carefully planned to ensure all interventions respected the original fabric of the building. Particular attention was given to maintaining period features while introducing modern upgrades required for ongoing functionality and compliance. The balance between preservation and improvement was central to the project approach from start to finish.
The completed works have successfully revitalised the internal spaces while retaining their historic character, supporting the continued use of the building as an important educational facility.
