Private School Painting Maintenance Program

We have been engaged to complete a full exterior and interior painting maintenance program for this prestigious Sydney private school. Designed as a long-term asset preservation initiative, the private school maintenance program will be delivered over several years. The plan will ensure the school’s buildings continue to be presented to the highest standard while protecting and maintaining valuable infrastructure.

A key component of the project involves the strategic scheduling and coordination of works in conjunction with the school calendar. With the addition of full-time boarders’ at this private school, special attention must be paid to scheduling and project management to reduce the impact on all. Working closely with school management, we have developed a carefully planned program that allows works to be completed efficiently while minimising disruption to patrons. 

The school has a mixture of period and heritage buildings, many of which will require specialist preparation and application. Our experience working within educational and heritage environments ensures these important assets are maintained with the care and attention they deserve.
